Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work remotely, providing support via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware products

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues

- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and exceeding customer needs and expectations

- Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely support

- Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other software applications

- Experience in the technology industry is a plus

- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace to work remotely

- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and evenings if needed
