System Integration Technician

Position Overview:

As a System Integration Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various hardware and software systems for our clients. You will work closely with our team of engineers and project managers to ensure that all systems are integrated and functioning properly. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, routers, switches, and other network equipment

- Perform system upgrades and updates as needed

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to design and implement new systems

- Provide technical support and training to clients as needed

- Maintain accurate documentation of all system configurations and changes

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of network and system administration

- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
