The mandate is to turn ambiguous questions into clear choices. Working with global commercial leaders and U.S. stakeholders, this leader converts business needs into scalable analysis, decision frameworks, and reusable insight products that help leaders allocate resources, identify execution gaps, and act with confidence.

Success requires sound commercial judgment, clear executive communication, and a strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical selling models, field dynamics, HCP and account engagement, and the data ecosystems used to guide commercialization. The Director will build and continuously strengthen an India-based commercial analytics capability recognized by global commercial leaders for trusted judgment, execution excellence, measurable business impact, and the ability to anticipate evolving business needs.
