  • Lead analytics supporting field rollout and launch readiness, including development of performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, reporting, benchmarks, and early indicators of launch execution.

  • Partner with field leadership to define the analytical questions and insights required to support effective deployment, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution.

  • Build a comprehensive view of local market dynamics by integrating multiple internal and external data sources, including customer, account, access, payer, patient, competitive, and field activity data.

  • Develop analytical frameworks that identify and quantify geographic variation, market opportunity, adoption patterns, customer dynamics, and barriers to growth.

  • Establish mechanisms to rapidly identify emerging subnational trends and translate them into targeted recommendations and course-correction opportunities.

  • Support field implementation of new analytics and capabilities by partnering with Field Excellence and Sales Leadership on rollout, communication, training, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

  • Ensure field-facing analytics are intuitive, actionable, scalable, and integrated into existing field workflows and decision-making processes.

  • Lead or co-lead strategic initiatives related to launch analytics, customer targeting, segmentation, field deployment, territory design, performance measurement, and local-market opportunity identification.

  • Partner with broader Commercial Data & Analytics teams to ensure analytical methodologies, data foundations, reporting, and insight generation are aligned across national and subnational analytics.

  • Establish clear standards and governance for field analytics, including metric definitions, analytical methodologies, performance benchmarks, and reporting cadence.

  • Proactively monitor business performance and field execution, identifying issues and opportunities and recommending actions to commercial and field leadership.

  • Build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Field Excellence, Forecasting, Data Science, Data Strategy, and other functions to connect insights across the obesity ecosystem.

  • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing analytics team while fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, business partnership, and analytical excellence.

  • Monitor emerging analytical capabilities, data sources, technologies, and industry practices to continuously advance the Obesity Intelligence & Analytics organization.

The Field Analytics team will focus on opportunities such as:

  • Creating an integrated national-to-subnational performance view that allows leadership to understand what is happening, where it is happening, why it is happening, and what actions should follow.

  • Identifying regional, territory, account, and local-market opportunities through advanced segmentation, benchmarking, opportunity sizing, and performance diagnostics.

  • Developing analytics and reporting to support launch preparation, launch execution, and post-launch optimization.

  • Providing field leaders with timely insights into customer engagement, adoption, access, competitive dynamics, patient opportunity, and execution effectiveness.

  • Establishing field performance KPIs and leading indicators that enable early identification of opportunities and risks.

  • Translating complex analytical findings into clear, prioritized actions for field leadership and field teams.

  • Partnering with Field Excellence and Operations to successfully roll out new dashboards, insights, alerts, recommendations, and analytical capabilities to the field.

  • Measuring adoption and effectiveness of field-facing analytics and continuously improving tools and insights based on user feedback and business impact.
