• Deliver high-quality scientific engagement and generate actionable insights to strengthen brand strategy.
• Lead strategic medical projects, including evidence generation, medical events, and publications.

• →Mentor and coach fellow MSLs, contributing to MSL capability development and team effectiveness.

• →Identify and support research and evidence-generation opportunities, including investigator-sponsored studies and Amgen-sponsored trials.

• Master’s degree in life-science or relevant area, equivalent education history.
• Relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or related pharmaceutical functions.
• Strong communication skills with scientific experts and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.

• Advanced degrees (PhD, MD, or PharmD) preferred.
• Strong scientific expertise and experience in the relevant therapeutic area.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills with demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to work independently and lead effectively across cross-functional teams.
