Senior Associate, Supply Chain (Distribution) -1 Year Contract

• →Support the Canada Distribution team, while working with internal cross-functional stakeholders (primarily within Global Distribution, Customer Experience, Planning and Quality), targeting seamless delivery to Canadian distribution centres and customers, 100% On Time In Full.
• →Work with external 3rd party service providers (e.g. Logistics Service Providers, LSPs) to manage day-to-day execution and troubleshooting of operational issues.
• →Complete training in assigned tasks, through on-the-job training or in the Learning Management System.
• →Follow established procedures and requirements to execute assigned tasks.
• →Ensure adherence to GxP compliance requirements (Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, Good Documentation Practices).
• →Identify and participate in implementing opportunities for continuous improvement of established processes to improve compliance, automation, cost or process efficiency. 
• →Escalate to management any events or conditions that can impact compliance, product quality, safety, security or customer experience.
• →May support additional Distribution tasks within Global Distribution Hub Americas team as assigned by management.

-Bachelor’s degree – B.A. or B.SC.

- Expertise in Microsoft office applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Copilot).

- Strong interpersonal and written communications skills.

- Solutions mindset, strong attention to detail.

- 3+ years supply chain experience.

- Experience in SAP or similar enterprise systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in Spanish language is an asset.
