Sr Workday Data Operation Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As part of the HR service delivery team, this role serves as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for Workday, ServiceNow, and core HR processes. The Sr Workday Data Operation Analyst will support and improve HR service delivery by providing business subject matter expertise, resolving escalated HR system and process issues, maintaining HR knowledge bases, monitoring HR data quality, and contributing to process and system improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in a multinational or shared service center environment
• Experience with Workday security and SOX-related processes
• Project management experience
• Fluency in additional languages

The expected annual salary range for this role in the posted location is 30,430.00 EUR to 41,170.00 EUR. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
