What you will do

As a Specialist Software Engineer - Full Stack & AI you’ll work at the intersection of science, data, and innovation. You’ll collaborate with world-class experts across domains to build high-impact digital solutions that accelerate research, streamline operations, and empower better patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and deploy applications that utilize LLMs like OpenAI GPT
→Possesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code
→Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
→Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment. Manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline
→Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to discuss requirements, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives, while effectively communicating any technical limitations or constraints.
→Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology.
→Develop innovative solution using generative AI technologies
→Define and implement robust software architectures on the cloud, AWS preferred
→Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
→Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations.
→Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
→Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements
→Work closely with product team, business team, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Master’s degree with 4 - 6 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field OR
Bachelor’s degree with 6 - 8 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field OR
Diploma with 10 - 12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field

Hands on experience with various cloud services, understand pros and cons of various cloud service in well architected cloud design principles

Hands on experience with Full Stack software development. Proficient in programming language React and Python (preferred), other JavaScript frameworks, C#, SQL/NoSQL, etc.
