Sr Associate Data Analytics

The role is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves working with large datasets, developing reports, supporting and executing data governance initiatives and visualizing data to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, experience with big data technologies, and a deep understanding of data architecture and ETL processes

• →Hands on work, building and maintaining Anaplan models to support pricing, rebate, and provider contracting workflows
• →Integrate Anaplan models with multiple data sources (ERP, CRM, flat files for seamless data flow, automate data loads, calculations and reporting processes to reduce manual effort
• →Contribute to both models build as well as APP updates
• →Drive continuous improvement in architecture by finding opportunities for innovation and efficiency
• →Co-innovate with Value & Access team by planning and managing Product roadmaps
• →Work directly with business SMEs to understand, prioritize and advise on application focus and rollout
• →Work independently, function as a knowledge resource for less experienced team members
• →Serve as lead for operational support in a DevOps model for the deployed Anaplan solutions
• →Own and maintain SDLC documentation using Agile tools such as Confluence

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree and 4 to 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience

• Demonstratable experience of implementing or managing multiple planning solutions in Anaplan (preferred) or similar EPM tools (e.g. Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC or TM1)
• Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing tools like Jira
• Possess strong learning agility and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and technical leadership

• Strong solution design and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions
• Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into solution
• Experience with pharmaceutical contracting

• Anaplan Level 3 Certification (preferred)
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)

• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated awareness of how to function in a team setting
• Demonstrated presentation skills

This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required based on business requirements.
