Responsibilities

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support complex manufacturing operations and  participate on cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

  • Lead the execution of complex manufacturing processes and systems, developing non-routine procedures and documentation as needed to support production efficiency.
  • Accurately and promptly enter data into systems such as LMES, and CMMS Maximo, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices and cGMP standards.
  • Inspire team performance by connecting daily work to broader organizational goals, setting high standards, and encouraging continuous improvement.
  • Actively seek and implement feedback from peers and team members to enhance line performance and develop a culture of learning and innovation.

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Sr. Associate Manufacturing professional we seek is a team lead with these qualifications.

Master's Degree

Or

Bachelor’s Degree + 6 months Manufacturing work experience

Or

 Associate’s Degree + 2 years Manufacturing work experience

Or

High school/GED + 4 years Manufacturing work experience

  • Availability to support non-standard shifts, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industry
  • Expertise in Rockwell Automation PLC platforms (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000).
  • Experience with Cognex vision systems and other machine vision technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across automation, controls, and manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to support daily production operations and quickly resolve equipment downtime issues.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in highly automated industrial environments.
