Flexible Commuter role to Thousand Oaks, CA or Deerfield, IL site. You will work on-site a minimum of 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

In this vital role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Strategic Planning & Operations and the GCCI Leadership Team. You will help translate strategy into execution by driving business planning, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, governance, and transformation initiatives across GCCI.

This highly visible role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational leadership. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor and force multiplier for leaders, helping drive alignment, accountability, and business outcomes across a complex and rapidly evolving global organization.

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Strategic Planning & Operations experience OR

  • Master’s degree and 4 years of Strategic Planning & Operations experience OR

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Strategic Planning & Operations experience OR

  • Associate’s degree and 10 years of Strategic Planning & Operations experience OR

  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Strategic Planning & Operations experience

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or leadership teams in a Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Consulting, or Program Management capacity

  • Experience supporting business planning, budget management, workforce planning, resource allocation, and performance management processes.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Ability to drive execution across highly matrixed organizations

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong executive communication and presentation development skills

  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and business performance reporting

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority

  • Experience managing organizational change and transformation initiatives

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Experience leveraging data, analytics, AI, and digital solutions to improve business outcomes

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments with a high tolerance for ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity with accuracy.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable business impact and delivering high-quality results

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
