Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE): Application and Inspection

• Fusion Bonded Epoxy Certification
• 5 years’ direct industry experience in the pipeline coatings industry, protective coatings industry, or a related industrial coatings field
• 5 years’ work experience monitoring, overseeing, or performing operations at a coating application facility
• Ability to demonstrate and explain basic equipment operation and maintenance relevant to FBE application and inspection

• CIP Level 2 Certification
• Laboratory testing experience
• Familiarity with the following standards: NACE SP-0394, ISO-21809-2, CSA-Z245.20
• Familiarity with ASTM, SSPC, and ISO procedures relevant to material testing

Must meet one of the following:

• High School Graduate/GED with an additional 10 years’ work experience
• 4 Year Diploma
• Professional Engineer
• Advanced Education (Master’s or PhD)

• Must have taken the course and passed any applicable exam

• Must hold an active membership to apply.
