AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pre Litigation attorney to manage a docket of pre litigation matters. This role would come with the support of a team of case managers to assist in the management of the Pre Litigation Attorneys’ docket. • Reviewing matters for liability concerns;
• Assess value of potential and existing matters;
• Review demands prior to distribution;
• Manage settlement negotiations;
• Collaborate with case managers to review pending items;
• Independently manage a docket of Pre Litigation matters.

• 2+ years of pre-litigation experience.
