Due to continued team growth in the La Crosse area, we are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead residential installation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage residential home improvement installation projects from measurement through completion
- →Coordinate project schedules, materials, and installation crews
- →Serve as the primary communication point for homeowners throughout the project
- →Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards
- →Provide accurate measurements, scopes, and timelines
- →Identify risks and proactively solve project challenges
- Supervise and support installation crews and foremen
- Assign projects based on team strengths and availability
- Monitor key metrics: quality, productivity, safety, attendance
- Approve timecards and bonus structures
- Coach teams to improve performance and reduce service issues
- Maintain accurate job files and documentation
- Partner with Operations and Customer Care teams
- Identify trends and reduce service calls through training and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with building codes and company standards
- 3+ years of experience in construction, home improvement, or related field
- Knowledge of installation practices and building codes
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Window, door, or exterior remodeling experience
- Installation or field service leadership background
- Experience improving team performance and operational efficiency
