Training & Development Coordinator

We believe that great care begins with great people. That's why we're looking for a Training & Development Coordinator who is passionate about helping employees learn, grow, and succeed.

This position plays a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating training programs, supporting compliance, and helping build a positive workplace culture across our residential and behavioral health programs.

• →Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding
• →Facilitate workforce training programs
• →Teach CPR and First Aid courses
• →Facilitate Crisis Intervention training and recertification
• →Facilitate Darkness to Light child abuse prevention training
• →Conduct documentation and compliance training
• →Track employee training and certification requirements
• →Maintain training records and compliance reports
• →Support competency evaluations and workforce development
• →Assist with leadership development initiatives
• →Promote a culture of learning, growth, and accountability

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Experience delivering training and facilitating groups
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, child welfare, education, or human services preferred
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
