QA Specialist

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and familiarize yourself with product requirements and specifications.
  
  
• Develop test plans within the scope of the project.
  
  
• Design and develop user journey test cases aligned with requirement specifications.
  
  
• Identify defects early, collaborate with the development team to resolve them, and verify the fixes.
  
  
• Utilize testing tools to ensure feature quality.
  
  
• Document and report test results, and develop comprehensive test documentation.
  
  
• Work with project management systems and test automation frameworks.
  
  

Detailed Job Requirements:

• Monitor and manage the overall testing process.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with the product team.
  
  
• Proactively identify testing opportunities and potential defect risks, providing early recommendations.
  
  
• Work alongside backend developers to detect and resolve data-related issues.
  
  
• Implement sustainable testing practices to discover, log, and resolve defects and issues that could negatively impact users.
  
  
• Execute both manual and automated testing from the user's perspective.
  
  

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software Quality Assurance (QA).
  
  
• Hands-on experience in web and mobile test automation.
  
  
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
