Area Security Manager

• Demonstrated experience in employee supervision, operational management, or team leadership.

• Prior hands-on experience with ADP.

• Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and PDF document management.

• Experience with electronic guard tour systems, security reporting platforms, and operational monitoring.

• Experience with employee performance management, disciplinary procedures, and professional documentation.

• Knowledge of payroll processes, scheduling, staffing, recruitment, and overtime management.

• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

• General familiarity with Illinois and federal employment laws and workplace policies.

• Ability to oversee multiple locations, work collaboratively with management, and maintain proactive operational accountability.

• Valid driver's license and flexibility to work evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as operationally necessary.

• Three (3) or more years of multi-site management experience.

• Previous contract security or security operations management experience.

• Familiarity with TSA regulations, SIDA operations, and airport security requirements.

• Experience mentoring employees and developing future supervisors and leaders.
