Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Experienced) Part-Time

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with a knack for QuickBooks and a background in working with USA clients? Do you excel in both English and Spanish communication? If so, we want to hear from you!

• →Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• →Prepare and review financial reports
• →Handle accounts receivable and payable
• →Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions
• →Provide excellent customer service to USA clients
• →Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, particularly with QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working with USA clients
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
