Now, we're looking for a L&D Specialist. As a L&D Specialist, you are responsible to design and deliver biker training programs, manage trainers, create learning content, and track training effectiveness and performance.

• →Drive Full-Lifecycle Education: Design and execute targeted learning interventions tailored to each phase of the biker journey, from day-one onboarding to long-term loyalty and retention programs.
• →Develop Scalable Playbooks: Codify operational best practices into standardized training playbooks that elevate service quality in key zones and support aggressive city rollouts.
• →Produce High-Impact Content: Leverage modern authoring tools (Canva, video editing suites) and generative AI to rapidly produce, iterate, and localize engaging, road-ready multimedia materials.
• →Manage Distributed Training Operations: Coordinate, schedule, and audit the pool of site trainers across onboarding hubs to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and standardized delivery.
• →Lead Dynamic Facilitation: Deliver high-energy training and continuous upskilling sessions directly to biker-partners and internal site trainers.
• →Execute Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Assess on-the-ground performance metrics and operational feedback to identify knowledge gaps and deploy agile, targeted learning solutions.
• →Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner seamlessly with Operations, Safety, Product, and Compliance teams to synchronize all learning modules with evolving platform updates and regulatory standards.
• →Optimize Program ROI: Track post-training retention, performance, and key learning metrics to continuously refine curricula and maximize the operational impact of L&D initiatives.

What you'll need:

• →L&D Expertise: Strong foundation in adult learning principles, instructional design, and building accessible curricula tailored for operational or blue-collar audiences.
• →Content & AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with design/video authoring tools and AI productivity tools to streamline content generation and localization.
• →Facilitation & Coaching: Command of the room with excellent presentation skills, capable of facilitating both intimate workshops and large-scale training sessions.
• →Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage concurrent operational deadlines, coordinate multi-site teams, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders.
• →Agility & Drive: A strong bias for action with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth operational environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. (Relevant L&D certifications are a strong advantage).
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, training facilitation, or instructional design - ideally within logistics, ride-hailing, or similar fast-paced industries.
• Instructional design and adult learning principles
• Training facilitation and presentation skills
• Content authoring and graphic/video creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing software)
• Use of AI tools for content creation and material development
• Basic training coordination and scheduling
• Google Workspace proficiency
• Driver’s License
• L&D-related certification (e.g., instructional design, training and facilitation, or learning technologies) is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to travel to different onboarding sites as needed
• Strong attention to detail and creative eye for content quality
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
