Now, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial part in the team as a key player in our recruitment process - you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill a variety of roles within our organization.

• →Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their manpower needs and challenges.
• →Achieve hiring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to help improve the hiring process and the candidate experience.
• →Utilize various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• →Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• →Provide candidates with timely feedback and updates on their application status.
• →Maintain accurate Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring trackers
• →Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
• →Serve as an HR Business Partner to designated departments, providing HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
• →Adhere to company policies and procedures
• →Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Line Manager.
• →Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to create basic reports to enable informed decision-making.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, time-to-fill, and other relevant metrics.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions and levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
