Finance & AccountingAccounting Manager

ANINE BING is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team based in Paris.

This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Paris HQ team, the Accounting Manager brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to their work — supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand's DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.

We're looking for a senior, hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with a project management mindset, a genuine sensitivity to Finance × IT topics (AP automation, ERP improvements), and a structured, team-oriented approach. They are rigorous, organized, and energized by leading a team and building scalable accounting processes across an international footprint.

Reporting to the Accounting & Tax Director, the Accounting Manager owns the day-to-day accounts payable and general accounting operations across our directly-managed entities — France, the UK, the US and other EU markets. The role manages a team of three (AP Accountant, General Accountant, and Intern) and acts as the operational anchor of the accounting team, ensuring clean books, timely closes and strong vendor relationships. The role is expected to operate as a true business partner to all operational departments, not as a back-office function.

This is a hybrid position based at our Paris HQ, with one remote day per week (Wednesday or Friday). The role reports to the Accounting & Tax Director.

  • Support statutory audits and tax filings by preparing required schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation across entities.
  • Act as a true business partner to Operations, Procurement, Retail and HQ teams — building trust, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth vendor management.
