Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhT) to support a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) facility located at 5353 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, WY 82009. CPhTs support CMOP prescription fulfillment, ensuring Veteran beneficiaries receive accurate new and refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Full-time positions with competitive packages are available.

Responsibilities

  • Prescription Processing: Read, interpret, and enter prescription data; clarify missing information with providers or patients.
  • Data Entry: Manual and automated entry for prescription fulfillment.
  • Call Center Support: Handle patient and provider calls, document oral disclosures in electronic health records.
  • Medication Management: Process refills, renewals, and returned medications; identify therapeutic problems and alert pharmacists.
  • Clerical Tasks: Process patient letters, manage provider database entries, and work in specialty pharmacy teams.
  • Quality & Safety: Report medication errors, participate in quality assurance, and review medication histories and compliance.
  • Equipment Operation: Use pharmacy automation and office equipment (scanners, fax, computers, etc.).
Requirements
  • Certification: National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification at onboarding or within six months.
  • Experience: Minimum six months in retail or hospital pharmacy, or graduation from an academic technician program.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Skills: Basic typing and PC skills; fluent in English (read, write, speak).
  • Credentialing: Capable of obtaining VetPro credentialing (required for VHA providers).
  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
