Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting full-time and Locum Tenens, 1099 Emergency Physicians for service at the VA Central California Health Care System located at 2615 E. • →Provide comprehensive emergency medicine services to Veterans in a 24/7 Emergency Department. 
• →Evaluate, diagnose, stabilize, treat, and manage emergent and urgent medical conditions. 
• →Perform triage, resuscitation, stabilization, treatment, and disposition of patients.
• →Manage a wide variety of emergency conditions including:
  • →Cardiovascular emergencies
  • →Respiratory emergencies
  • →Neurological emergencies
  • →Psychiatric emergencies
  • →Gastrointestinal conditions
  • →Musculoskeletal injuries
  • →Burns and trauma
  • →ENT, eye, and urologic conditions
  • →Endocrine and metabolic disorders
  • →OB/GYN emergencies
  • →Minor procedures including:
    • →Incision and drainage
    • →Laceration repair
    • →Nail trephination
    • →Nasal cautery
    • →Bladder catheterization
    • →Peripheral IV placement
    • →Local anesthesia administration

    Advanced procedures including:

    • →Endotracheal intubation
    • →Central venous catheter placement
    • →Chest tube placement
    • →Cardioversion/defibrillation
    • →Lumbar puncture
    • →Arthrocentesis
    • →Temporary pacemaker placement
    • →Cricothyrotomy
    • →Moderate/deep sedation
    • →Fracture and dislocation reduction

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
  • Emergency Medicine, or
  • Internal Medicine with Emergency Department experience.
• Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State or Territory
• Current DEA license
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS
• Must be able to pass a Federal background investigation (National Agency Check with Written Inquiries)
• No sponsorship available 

• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
• Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
