Medical Support Assistant (Medical Receptionist) - North Las Vegas

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Medical Support Assistants (MSA) to support the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (North Las Vegas VAMC) located at 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. • High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of post-secondary education is preferred but not required
• Six (6) months of experience in clerical, office, or other work that indicates the ability and skills needed for the position

• →Schedule appointments based on consults and provider orders.
• →Provide patient prep instructions.
• →Check patients in and out.
• →Manage radiology records and virtual file room functions.
• →Process CDs and imaging requests.
• →Make and receive high-volume phone calls.
• →Enter notes, referrals, consults, and scheduling updates in patient records.
• →Communicate professionally with Veterans and clinical staff.

• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
• Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
