Answering Service Agent - Margate, Florida

For 53 years, Answering Service Care has handled calls for law firms, medical offices, contractors, insurance agencies, and more. We are a third-generation, family-owned company, and many of our team members have been with us for over 20 years. We are hiring full-time and part-time agents who listen well, stay calm, and enjoy helping people.

• →Answer and place calls for clients in many industries, following each client’s script
• →Take messages, schedule appointments, collect new customer details, and transfer calls
• →Support customers through live chat, text, and email
• →Keep accurate notes across multiple computer systems

• Clear, friendly communication, both spoken and written
• Patience and empathy, even when it gets busy
• Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Availability for at least one weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday)

• $16.00/hr starting pay, with a raise to $16.50/hr at 4 months
• Weekly performance bonuses starting at $2.75/hr, with the opportunity to earn more
