Part-Time or full-time opportunties available. Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including early morning starts (from 4am).

• →Lead and mentor the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
• →Train and develop team members, sharing your passion and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated work ethic
• →Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals
• →Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
• →Drive change by implement upselling and promotional programs
• →Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs  

• Previous hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and RP Badge
• Food Safety certificate
• Barista skills or coffee-making experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
