Client Benefits Advisor

AO Globe Life is hiring Client Benefits Advisors to join our nationwide remote organization.

This opportunity combines client service, benefit education, enrollment assistance, and relationship building. You’ll meet virtually with people who have requested information and help them better understand the supplemental benefit options available to them.

• Connect with interested individuals and families
• Schedule virtual consultations
• Meet with clients through Zoom
• Assess needs and answer questions
• Explain available benefit options
• Guide clients through enrollment
• Provide ongoing support
• Maintain client records and follow-up
• Attend professional development and team meetings

Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or another client-facing role can be beneficial, but it isn’t required.
