In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefits. You’ll guide clients through virtual consultations, answer questions, explain available options, assist with enrollment, and provide continued service.

Responsibilities

→Respond to individuals requesting benefit information
→Schedule and conduct Zoom consultations
→Assess individual and family needs
→Explain available benefit options
→Assist with enrollment
→Provide follow-up support
→Maintain accurate digital client information
→Attend training, mentorship, and team meetings

We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, motivated, and able to communicate effectively.

You should also be comfortable learning new systems and managing your schedule independently.

Previous customer service or client-facing experience is helpful, but no prior industry experience is required.
