• →Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
• →Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process step-by-step
• →Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
• →Provide high-quality client service while building long-term relationships
• →Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development meetings
• →Deliver ongoing support to ensure a positive and professional client experience

• Strong communicators with a client-first mindset
