Remote Benefits Consultants work directly with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs.

No previous industry experience is required. We provide training, licensing support, mentorship, and continued development.

• Connecting with individuals who requested benefit information
• Scheduling virtual consultations
• Meeting with clients through Zoom
• Understanding client needs
• Explaining available benefit options
• Assisting clients with enrollment
• Providing continued service
• Managing client records and follow-up
• Participating in training and mentorship

Customer service or other client-facing experience is helpful, but not required.

• Must reside and work within the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to work with Zoom and cloud-based technology
