• →Hold virtual client consultations over Zoom
• →Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
• →Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
• →Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
• →Provide attentive, client-first service

• →Build lasting client relationships

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools
• A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
