Virtual Benefits Specialist

AO Globe Life is looking for Virtual Benefits Specialists who enjoy working with people and want the opportunity to develop professionally in a remote environment.

You’ll work with individuals and families who have already requested information, helping them understand supplemental benefit options through virtual consultations.

You’ll help clients:

• Understand available benefits
• Evaluate options based on their needs
• Navigate enrollment
• Get answers to coverage questions
• Receive continued support after enrollment

You’ll also maintain accurate client records, conduct follow-up communication, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
