Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an entry-level Automation Analyst to join our Automation Support team. Support analysts primarily answer automation questions from the agencies who sell our insurance on the phone or through a web chat.

Requirements

Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
High level of computer skills
Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
Great customer service attitude
Insurance and/or agency experience is preferred, but not required
