Pharmacist

The Specialty Pharmacist provides day‑to‑day clinical and operational support for the AON in‑house pharmacy. This role includes, but is not limited to, prescription verification, patient counselling, team support, and provider consultation.

• PharmD degree or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, required.

• Standing for long periods
• Fine motor control
• Lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Exposure to chemicals, biological samples, lab equipment, and noise.

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail pharmacy experience is preferred.

• Experience with EMR order set build, drug substitution/interchange protocols, and data analytics preferred

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing.

• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred but not required

• PGY1/PGY2 residency training preferred but not required.
