Gould Medical Group Seeks Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to work full-time or part-time in Modesto, CA.

Gould Medical Group is looking for skilled professionals looking for flexibility, autonomy and meaningful patient care to work in an outpatient mental health clinic, serving a wide variety of mental health disorders for all age ranges. Duties will include individual and group psychotherapy with opportunities for family and couples’ work. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors may apply.

Position Details:

• Positions available for full-time or part-time providers
• Salary (full-time): $100,000-$115,000
• Salary (part-time): if working less than 1.0 FTE, compensation will be prorated based on FTE status
• This position offers a flexible schedule with a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of in-office and remote work while supporting patients across our communities
• Behavioral Health department consists of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Advanced Practicing Clinicians
• Approximately 50-75% of onsite presence required
• Flexible scheduling options with evening and weekend work required/preferred
• Shared office space and alternative scheduling arrangements
• Collaborative interdisciplinary care team
• Provide behavioral health assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Deliver individual, family, group and/or couples counseling services
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate community resources
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and integrated care initiatives
• Call is one week in 23 weeks (phone only)
• Additional locations in the Central Valley may be considered based on community need
• Low paperwork demands
