2+ years of aluminum MIG & TIG welding experience
Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Welding certification preferred (e.g., AWS D1.2)
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding
Exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes (PPE provided)
Frequently required to sit/stand, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.
Required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and occasionally reach above shoulders.
