IBD APP Opportunity with BayCare Medical Group at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida

• Collaborate with an integrated multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
• Extensive clinical support, including:
  • IBD Nurse Navigator
  • Certified Ostomy Nurse
  • Clinical Pharmacist
  • Medication Authorization Specialist
• Practice within a 340B clinic, enhancing patient access to biologic therapies and specialty medications.
• Strong referral network from BayCare physicians and regional providers.
• Ability to make a meaningful impact by addressing a significant community need for specialized IBD services.
• Plans are in place to acquire an Intestinal Ultrasound (IUS).  
• Call responsibilities include 4 days each month and 1 weekend a month.
