As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Director of Operations to strengthen internal systems, enhance delivery workflows, and support the company in achieving operational excellence.

Position Overview
The Director of Operations will oversee operational infrastructure, optimize company processes, and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and client delivery teams. This role is key in building scalable systems, improving efficiency, and maintaining a high-quality execution standard across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a systems-driven, analytical leader with the ability to translate company goals into structured processes, improved performance, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve operational workflows to support scalable and efficient delivery.
• Build, enhance, and document SOPs across marketing, sales, and client service teams to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Ensure smooth communication and handoffs between departments to maintain a strong client experience.
• Implement systems and processes to track performance, productivity, and operational output.
• Evaluate tools, automation, and infrastructure needs to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for operational roles as the company scales.
• Collaborate with leadership to set operational priorities, define strategies, and execute on company-wide growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
