Java Tech Lead

Responsibilities: * As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable and maintainable software solutions. * You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and translate them into architectural/software designs that meet business needs. * You will be coding and developing new features using the software best practices. * Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to software engineers during the development process. * Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the software development lifecycle. * Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet project requirements. * Lead the design and implementation of complex software components and systems. * You are a go-getter. Qualifications & Requirements: * Minimum 8 yrs of experience in software product development with B. Tech / MTech in Computer Science. * Strong expertise in core Java & advanced features. E.g., streams, functional programming, virtual threads. * Minimum experience of 5+ years in Spring Boot & associated Spring features. * Minimum experience of 4+ years of in driving/contributing towards HLD & LLD, contribution towards code reviews & coding practices (like clean code & SOLID principles, OOAD) * Minimum experience of 4+ years in building and driving microservices or SOA based software systems. * Strong in algorithms & data-structures.
