HCM Professional Services Payroll and Time Consultant

• →Consult. You will increase client retention by identifying and delivering HCM solution optimization recommendations customized to fit specific business needs of the client.
• →Configure. You will perform needs analyses with client practitioners and key stakeholders in the areas of payroll, time and labor management, human resources, information technology and related financial systems to determine necessary optimization or customizations and develop strategic recommendations.
• →Train. You will conduct highly customized product demonstrations, specifically addressing clients' requirements and ADP's capabilities of meeting those requirements.
• →You will create project plans and manage all project phases including deliverables, activities, timelines, and tracking hours.
• →You will represent ADP at product seminars, year-end seminars, and client user group meetings, as needed.
• →You will develop processes, methods and/or tools that serve as industry benchmarks/best practices and will be viewed by the organization and the client as a subject matter expert.
