German Customer Service Specialist - Banking

• →Handle incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone calls, email and chat in a professional and efficient manner
• →Deliver outstanding service by understanding customer needs and resolving inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
• →Build lasting relationships of trust with customers through clear, open, and engaging communication
• →Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and systems
• →Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling quotas and service standards
• →Accurately document all customer interactions, process account-related requests, and maintain proper records
• →Strictly adhere to communication guidelines, procedres, and policies especially when managing sensitive customer data

• Fluency in German (C1 - C2)
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
