Provides onsite facilities support for the Clark office including cleanliness and sanitation, meeting and training setup support, minor maintenance assistance, and daily office readiness tasks.

Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing office areas, restrooms, and common spaces.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and ensure daily readiness of shared spaces.

Support setup and teardown for meetings, trainings, and office events including arranging tables, chairs, and basic supplies.

Report maintenance issues to the Facilities Administrator and assist with minor maintenance tasks when trained and authorized.

Monitor cleaning and basic upkeep supplies and request restocking through the proper channel.

Follow safety and sanitation protocols and support emergency readiness activities when assigned.

At least high school graduate or equivalent.

Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities support work.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Willingness to report onsite in Clark and follow schedules.

Experience in corporate office or hotel setup.

Basic familiarity with minor maintenance tasks.
