Aprio is seeking a Manager to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Services practice, where you will serve as a trusted advisor and lead across a diverse portfolio of client engagements. In this role, you will deliver high-quality financial reporting, consulting-level insights, and strategic guidance that drives measurable client outcomes. You will manage workloads, develop and coach team members, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives that advance productivity and revenue growth.   • Lead medium-level client engagements independently while gaining knowledge on more complex clients with support from senior leadership
  • Review monthly financial work for more complex clients, ensuring accuracy and high-quality deliverables
  • Perform budget and profitability assessments to support sound financial decision-making
  • Onboard new clients, establishing strong relationships and a foundation for long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and review consulting-level tasks and projects that deliver strategic value to clients
  • Train, coach, and develop Supervisors to strengthen team performance and capability
  • Manage workloads and timelines to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all engagements
  • Ensure consistent quality of work and client service across all assigned accounts
  • Assist with client billing processesDevelop and deliver client presentations while building a professional network to support revenue growth
  • Begin establishing a defined area of expertise to position yourself as a subject matter resource within the firm
  • Contribute to firm projects that increase productivity, drive revenue, and advance overall firm success
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, advisory, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience with financial statement preparation and reviewExperience supervising or managing a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •
