We’re building a body shop team for the long haul — and we want technicians who want to build with us.

This isn’t a job where you stand around waiting for something to happen.

🔹 Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components

🔹 Perform collision and body repairs from teardown through reassembly

🔹 Straighten and repair damaged components and structures

🔹 Remove, repair, replace, fit, and align body components

🔹 Prepare repaired surfaces for refinishing and paint

🔹 Perform finish work with a sharp eye for fit, alignment, and appearance

🔹 Inspect completed repairs and catch the little things before the vehicle leaves your bay

🔹 Work closely with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving

🔹 Maintain your tools, equipment, and work area to keep the shop clean, organized, and safe

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the finished product — because quality body work is as much about craftsmanship and pride as it is about tools.

✓ 2+ years of body shop, collision repair, or related hands-on experience

✓ Experience with panel repair, replacement, fitting, and alignment

✓ Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair ability

✓ Ability to work independently while still being part of a team

✓ Physical ability to handle shop work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and spending extended periods on your feet

✓ Valid driver’s license

✓ Your own basic hand tools — or willingness to obtain them

✓ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

✓ Reliability, professionalism, and a solid work ethic

🚛 Commercial truck or heavy-duty body repair experience

🎨 Paint preparation or refinishing experience

🔥 Welding and fabrication skills

📐 Frame or structural repair experience

🪪 CDL experience or licensing
