🚨 HIRING NOW

Anybody can see a dent.

A great body technician sees the repair before the first tool ever comes out.

You see the panel that needs to sit a little straighter. The gap that isn’t quite right. The finish that needs one more pass. The detail somebody else might overlook.

At NETC Fleet Services, that kind of craftsmanship matters.

We’re growing our Bow, NH body shop and looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician who takes real pride in turning damaged vehicles back into work they’re proud to put their name on.

NETC Fleet Services is one of New England’s fastest-growing names in towing, recovery, fleet, and commercial truck service — and we’re continuing to invest in our operation.

🏗️ Better facilities

⚙️ Quality equipment

Responsibilities

This is hands-on body and collision work where quality matters from teardown to final inspection.

🔹 Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components

🔹 Remove, repair, replace, fit, and align damaged panels and parts

🔹 Perform collision and structural repairs

🔹 Straighten damaged components and restore proper fit and alignment

🔹 Prepare repaired surfaces for refinishing and paint

🔹 Assist with or perform refinishing work based on experience

🔹 Handle teardown and reassembly while keeping parts and hardware organized

🔹 Inspect completed work for fit, finish, alignment, and overall quality

🔹 Work with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving efficiently

🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

The panel can’t be almost straight.

The body line can’t be close enough.

The fit can’t be good from ten feet away.

We want a technician who looks at a finished repair the same way the customer will — and catches the problem before anyone else has the chance to.

If your name is attached to it, you want it done right.
