DCDP Continental Cuisine - Restaurant in Dubai

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and creative Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in Continental Cuisine for a prestigious restaurant located in Dubai. In this role, you will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality continental dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.

As a DCDP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, contributing to menu development, and supporting the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

• →Prepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• →Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the kitchen station and staff.
• →Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• →Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and presentation.
• →Participate in menu planning and development as required.
• →Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures.
• →Assist in inventory control and stock management.

• →Proven experience as a Deputy Chef de Partie or similar role with expertise in Continental Cuisine.
• →Strong knowledge of continental culinary techniques and ingredients.
• →Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• →Good communication and teamwork skills.
• →Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• →Culinary certification or diploma is preferred.
• →Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
