We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Coordinator to oversee and manage mechanical maintenance operations within a workshop and farm environment. This role is responsible for supervising technical teams, implementing maintenance plans, and ensuring all mechanical services are delivered with high quality, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid technical expertise, and experience in maintenance management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans are properly implemented.
  • Supervise mechanical services to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal operating conditions.
  • Prepare and manage Service Orders (SO).
  • Supervise third-party service providers and evaluate external service contracts.
  • Control inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Support procurement activities and standardize material references.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for parts and service purchases.
  • Maintain records of equipment and maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with other departments to align maintenance schedules.
  • Participate in performance review meetings and operational planning.
  • Coordinate and distribute tasks among workshop staff.
  • Provide technical support to workshop teams and supervisors.
  • Manage work schedules, absences, leave, and holidays.
  • Conduct technical and safety training for team members.
  • Promote teamwork, engagement, and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and maintenance standards.
  • Support the implementation of institutional quality programs.
  • Align maintenance priorities with operational needs.

  • MS Office (mandatory)
  • MS Project (working knowledge)
  • Intermediate technical English

Requirements

  • Technical course in Mechanics and/or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)

Salary Package: 1,300 USD to 1,800 USD
