Restaurant Captain - Dubai

As the Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising the service team, ensuring smooth dining experiences, and maintaining effective communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. • →Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to provide outstanding guest service.
• →Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently to optimize dining flow.
• →Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
• →Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• →Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in the dining area.
• →Train and mentor team members to adhere to service protocols and company policies.
• →Monitor inventory related to service items and communicate needs to management.
• →Prepare regular reports on service performance and guest satisfaction.

• →Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
• →Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• →Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• →Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• →Exceptional communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• →Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• →Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality standards and multicultural guest expectations is preferred.
• →Hospitality-related certification or degree is advantageous.
