~1 min read- Configure, calibrate, and program pool automation systems, heaters, pumps, and controllers.
- Ensure equipment functionality, troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Manage detailed water chemistry analysis and adjustments.
- Conduct thorough cleaning tasks including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and filter maintenance.
- Document and report any pool surface issues accurately.
- Provide comprehensive orientations for homeowners on system operations and maintenance.
- Educate clients clearly on automation systems, heating, lighting, and maintenance schedules.
- Serve as a professional representative, addressing client questions and concerns thoroughly and effectively.
- Ensure a smooth hand-off, leaving customers feeling confident and satisfied.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle.
- Perform daily inventory checks, promptly reporting any supply or maintenance requirements.
Record detailed equipment settings, conditions, and documentation via company software.
Complete daily task checklists accurately and thoroughly.
- Stay current with industry advancements through regular training and knowledge sharing.
