Ensure equipment functionality, troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Manage detailed water chemistry analysis and adjustments.
Conduct thorough cleaning tasks including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and filter maintenance.
Document and report any pool surface issues accurately.

Provide comprehensive orientations for homeowners on system operations and maintenance.
Educate clients clearly on automation systems, heating, lighting, and maintenance schedules.

Serve as a professional representative, addressing client questions and concerns thoroughly and effectively.
Ensure a smooth hand-off, leaving customers feeling confident and satisfied.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle.
Perform daily inventory checks, promptly reporting any supply or maintenance requirements.

Record detailed equipment settings, conditions, and documentation via company software.
Complete daily task checklists accurately and thoroughly.

Stay current with industry advancements through regular training and knowledge sharing.
