We’re offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for experienced tile and masonry specialists who join our team!

Bonus payout schedule:

• $500 after 30 days of employment
• $500 after 90 days
• $1,000 after 6 months

To qualify, you must:

• Be actively employed and in good standing at each milestone
• Maintain solid attendance and performance
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

Note: Bonus is considered taxable income. Bonus may be forfeited if the employee resigns or is terminated for cause before full payout.

• Expertly install beautiful pool tiles and coping that bring client visions to life.
• Craft exceptional decking using concrete, stone, brick, and pavers.
• Ensure every project meets high standards for beauty, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our passionate, dedicated team.
• Maintain organized, safe job sites so you can focus on exceptional work.

• Minimum of 3 years masonry experience; pool experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled with tile installation, coping, and decking materials.
• Meticulous attention to detail—quality is your hallmark.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and design plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors (enjoy the sunshine!).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with basic tech tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and a willingness to learn scheduling software.
