Responsibilities

Set and communicate clear expectations to homeowners regarding timelines, budget, and scope.

Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Identify and resolve construction issues promptly to maintain project timelines.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestone completion.
Regularly communicate project timelines and updates to homeowners, crews, and subcontractors.
Conduct periodic reviews to track progress and proactively address potential delays.

Monitor project budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
Document and manage budget adjustments and approvals effectively.

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Conduct final walk-throughs, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth project handoffs.
Address punch list items, warranty concerns, and any customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
